CONSTRUCTION CHEMICALS

DCP 100 is a highly effective dust suppression, erosion control, and soil stabilization product.  DCP 100 works by binding dust, dirt, and other surface materials together to create a persistent, cohesive and more durable surface, eliminating or greatly reducing dust for up to 7 months.  DCP 100 is also eco-friendly.

FEATURES

Persistent:  Does not erode easily and can be built upon with subsequent, lower volume applications.

Binder:  Binds particles together to create larger, heavier, erosion resistant aggregate.

Eco-Friendly:  Is not harmful to the environment.  Biodegrades easily when not utilized as a binding agent.

Dispersion:  Disperses easily when added to water.

NANO Tech:  Enables our active, binding ingredient to disperse easily in water and with very little energy.

APPLICATION

A simple topical application of DCP 100 from a water truck or spray trailer can be very effective, depending on the conditions.  However, the conditions of each location will dictate the application rate and the amount of surface work required to realize the full benefits offered by DCP 100.  Some of those conditions include:

  • customer goals & constraints
  • cost
  • surface material type - caliche; sand; aggregate; river rock; clay; etc.
  • permeability - will water penetrate the surface or flow off along the grade
  • moisture content of the surface material - surface material size distribution
  • traffic volume - high, medium, or low traffic impact
  • previous treatments - DCP 100 builds upon itself when multiple applications are concerned
  • equipment available - grader, reclaimer, compactor, spray equipment

Application Rate:  A standard treatment will require .4 gallons of a 25% DCP 100 solution per square yard.  Depending on the conditions above, the application rate and dilution may need to be increased or decreased for optimal results.

Equipment:  DCP 100 can be applied using a water truck or spray trailer or anything that will deliver a controlled amount of fluid to the surface.  "Opening" up the surface to allow for better penetration of product, then mixing it in and compacting the treated area will almost always ensure better results than just spraying on the surface.  This work typically requires a grader and a pneumatic tire compactor.
