Drilling a lateral extension to a vertical well with 1.75% PDS Super L in an 800 bbl system.

Experienced 20-35% increase i ROP with PDS Super L in the system, despite mechanical issues (unrelated to mud system) that required less aggressive drilling.
Reduced differential pressure by ~250 psi.
10-12k lb reduction in pick-up weight.

32% reduction in torque
~75% drop in differential pressure
Immediate and sustained increase in ROP by ~20ft/hr

DJ Basin - TNB reduced pull-back drag by 30k pounds

Operating in the Niobrara's DJ basin, Binder's customer experienced a 30,000lb reduction in pull-back drag while drilling, which was attributed to the use of TNB 100. The TNB 100 that was used had been frozen, then thawed prior to use. Freeze-proof TNB 100 (-39F) is also available.
